Parent & Child
Our gentle Parent & Child morning is an opportunity for families with young children under 3 to spend an enjoyable time together in an environment that is both enriching and soothing. Once a week parents bring their child to play, bake, create seasonal crafts, sing, and share a snack. They follow the gentle rhythm of the seasons, and celebrate some of the festivals together. This introduction to Waldorf early childhood education, gives parents a sense of how to create a warm and rhythmic environment in their homes. Many families express gratitude for the rich friendships that are fostered during Parent & Child mornings. The foundations of which sustain them on their parenting journey and into a larger sense of community at SWS.
